Cam Carter founded Navigare in 1996. Prior to that he had a well-recognised, and successful career in advertising and marketing communications. Cam has been a founder and partner in his own advertising agency; was the Managing Director of Grey Advertising to whom he and his partners sold their business in the ‘80s; was Managing Director of McCann-Erickson; and for the seven years prior to undertaking other business ventures was Group Managing Director (Australia & New Zealand) of Leo Burnett.

Jeff Estok joined Navigare as a Partner in 2009. Jeff has held senior management positions spanning a variety of business disciplines, including advertising and marketing communications, media, and management consulting. Jeff’s experience includes Managing Director, Clemenger BBDO; Board Director, Clemenger Australia; CEO, Axis Media Group; General Manager Sales & Marketing, Global Mall Media; and COO of the Issues and Images Group.
