Certain quantitative measures are extracted in the process, allowing for comparative
measures over time. But this lacks the rigour of more structured quantitative processes
detailed below.
Assessment Definition & Prioritisation is a critical aspect of the process; ensuring
the relevance and applicability of assessment criteria, and the ranking of those criteria
thus guaranteeing that the right focus is maintained at all times in the best interests
of the company and provider performance.
