Cam Carter

Cam Carter founded Navigare in 1996 with a clear vision: to maximize the value of service providers to their clients. Prior to that he had a well recognised, and successful career in advertising and marketing communications. Cam has been a founder and partner in his own advertising agency; was the Managing Director of Grey Advertising to whom he and his partners sold their business in the ‘80s; was Managing Director of McCann-Erickson; and for the seven years prior to undertaking other business ventures was Group Managing Director (Australia & New Zealand) of Leo Burnett.

Cam has created a number of proprietary products in response to an observed need for professional best practice in the sector. These products include a suite of partner performance and relationship management programs (PEP – Partner Engagement Program™).

Jeff Estok

Jeff Estok joined Navigare as a Partner in 2009.

Jeff has held senior management positions spanning a variety of business disciplines, including advertising and marketing communications, media, Web 1.0, Web 2.0, and management consulting.

Jeff’s experience includes Managing Director, Clemenger BBDO; Board Director, Clemenger Australia; CEO, Axis Media Group; General Manager Sales & Marketing, Global Mall Media; and COO of the Issues and Images Group.

Jeff also owned and operated his own management consultancy—Kellach & Assoc—which specialised in start ups, business regeneration and M&A in the marketing communications sector.
